The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the petition mentioned lorry was sold on 04.01.2019. Thus the third party rights have intervened. It is no longer a contest between the borrower and the financier.

2. Hence, this Writ petition stands closed as infructuous. It is made clear that the rights of the petitioner have not been gone into. No costs.
