Today, this Court had passed orders in W.P.(MD).No.1585 of 2020, whereby, the entire disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner herein was quashed. Incidentally, the petitioner herein has challenged a consequential order pursuant to the disciplinary proceedings in the present writ petition. The petitioner herein had expired pending the writ petition and no steps have been taken for substituting his legal heirs. In this background, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
