This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 17.11.2022 passed in I.A.No.7 of 2022 in H.M.O.P.No.13 of 2022 by the learned Subordinate Judge, Oddanchatram.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the H.M.O.P.No.13 of 2022, on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Oddanchatram, had already been disposed on 28.02.2024. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this petition and the same need not be kept pending.
