2.Heard Mr.Porkodi Karnan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted on the basis of the complaint received from the petitioner, a case was registered in Cr.No.703 of 2017, dated 21.11.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 506

(1) of IPC.
