This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate 1/4

No.1. Trichy, to dispose of the above case in C.C.No.1269 of 2022 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible and within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working in Tasmac. Because of pendency of the above said case, the petitioner's promotional process is affected.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy, is directed to dispose the case in C.C.No.1269 of 2022 within five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
