O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the basis of false petty cases foisted against the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. Hence there is no harassment by the respondent police.
