: Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider, dispose of and pass orders forthwith on the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2018, so as to enable the petitioner to ply his mini bus permit covered by the vehicle No.TN 49 AA 5254 upto Thanjavur Old Bus Stand from Jupiter Theatre.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider, dispose of and pass orders forthwith on the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2018, so as to enable the petitioner to ply his mini bus permit covered by the vehicle No.TN 49 AA 5254 upto Thanjavur Old Bus Stand from Jupiter Theatre.

2. Mr.S.Dhayalan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. Seeking such relief, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 14.03.2018 to the respondent and since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court with the present Writ Petition for the reliefs stated above.

5. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the respondent to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner dated 14.03.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
