2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Palani Town Police Station, Dindigul District, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
