O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Family Judge, Madurai to consider the petitioner's bail application on the same day of his surrender itself in connection with M.C.No.66 of 2011 on the file of the Family Judge, Madurai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the husband in M.C.No.66 of 2011 and due to his illness, he could not appear before the Court and hence, Non Bailable Warrant has been issued against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned counsel would further submit that the petitioner would co-operate with the future hearings.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the learned Family Judge, Madurai, is directed to consider the petitioner's bail application on the same day of his surrender in connection with M.C.No.66 of 2011.
