ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the case on the basis of complaint dated 14.07.2017 preferred by the petitioner and to file a final report within the time that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.R.Rajesh, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and closed, after the preliminary enquiry and further action was dropped.

4.Recording the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to serve a copy of the closure report on the counsel for the petitioner on or before 11.12.2017 and after getting a closure report, liberty is reserved for the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner provided in law.
