Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take action on petitioner complaint dated 08.02.2022 under the criminal law by conducting an effecting investigation as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated as prescribed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER
This Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take action on petitioner complaint dated 08.02.2022 under the criminal law by conducting an effecting investigation as expeditiously as possible
2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the second respondent on 08.02.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.
3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties if any and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
