This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents police to register a case upon the complaint given by the petitioner on 05.10.2017 and investigate in accordance with law and file a final report.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the complaint was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out her remedy as permissible in law.
