The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to grant permission and protection for the Adal Padal Cultural Program in Sri Pagavathiyamman Temple Festival at Ayyampalayam, Dindigul District on 06.04.2022 at evening 06.00 p.m to 12.00 a.m on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 15.03.2022
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that even before Covid 19 in the year 2019, there was group clash between the petitioner's group and the opposite group in which cases have been registered in Crime Nos.42 of 2019 and 43 of 2019, therefore if permission is granted for the program on 06.04.2022 at Sri Pagavathiyamman Temple Festival at Ayyampalayam, Dindigul District, there will some law and order problem.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties and dispose of the same within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
