ORDER

It is a petition seeking direction to the respondent to execute the non bailable warrant in P.R.C.No.21 of 2016 dated 22.06.2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Thanjavur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to the non appearance of the accused before the trial Court, non bailable warrant has been issued against the accused in Crime No.469 of 2015 and the petitioner herein is the de-facto complainant. He would further submit that due to the non appearance of the accused, there is no further progress in the case.

4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to execute

the non bailable warrant issued against the accused and produce before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II Thanjavur, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. Sd/ Assistant Registrar(AS) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar.
