2.Even today (19.06.2018), there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint has been enquired and the same is closed and he also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
