ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 471 IPC and 21(1) MMDR Act, 1957 in Crime No.89 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The petitioners are the driver and owner of the lorry in question which was involved in sand theft. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the bogus transportation pass was actually given by the third accused in this case and that he has since been arrested.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that there are no previous cases have been registered against the petitioners. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate Bodinayakanur, Theni and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
