ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not Known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.According to the petitioner, in import and export busincess transaction, there is a dispute. Against the defacto complainant, the petitioner has given a complaint to the City Crime Branch, Trichy and the same has been taken on file in crime No.26 of 2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.4491 of 2020 As a counter blast, the defacto complainant has given complaint to the respondent police.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on verification of case records, would submit that petition enquiry is pending as against the petitioner herein. The petitioner was summoned to participate in the enquiry and produced documents in his support. The petitioner who promised to produce documents, did not turn up for enquiry, thereafter. If the petitioner co-operates for enquiry with all documents, the Investigating Officer shall peruse the documents and will take appropriate decision. 5.Recording the said submissions of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to participate in the enquiry and produce all the documents in his support. On such production, the Investigating Officer shall take appropriate decision, in accordance with law.
