The above petition has been filed seeking orders to amend the prayer in the Tr.C.M.P.(MD)No.462/2025 as " to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.80 of 2026 on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram and to transfer the same to the file of the Sub-Court, Palani" instead of "to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.396 of 2025 on the file of the Sub Court, Alandur and to transfer the same to the file of the Sub-Court, Palani."

2.It is seen from the records that service is not yet completed for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that originally the petition in HMOP.No.396 of 2025 was pending on the file of the Sub Court, Alandur and subsequently, the same was transferred to the Sub Court, Tambaram and renumbered as H.M.O.P.No.80 of 2026. Hence, the petitioner was constrained to file the above petition.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the records. 5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the nature of the amendment, this petition is allowed.
