This petition is filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner, by Judgment dated 14.03.2024, made in C.C.No.383 of 2017 on the file of the II Additional Special Court for EC and NDPS Act cases, Madurai.

2. Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
