ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person or body of the detenue namely, Pakeer Mohammed, Son of M.R.P.Mohammed Abdul Khadir, aged 62 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.The petitioner lodged a complaint that her husband was missing. On receipt of the same, the second respondent was secured her husband and handed over to the petitioner. Thereafter, the complaint was closed on 20.04.2020 itself.
