This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, praying to transfer the investigation from the second respondent and entrust the same to the third respondent or any other competent authority.

2. Heard the learned counsel appeared for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appeared for State.

3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner, would submit that the petitioner is the father of the deceased and the case has been registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C. that there is no progress in the investigation and hence the present petition has been filed. |

4. The learned Public Prosecutor on instructions from the police, submits that the postmortem certificate is awaited. It appears that the alleged occurrence had been happened in January 2015, more than five months lapsed. Therefore the second respondent is directed to take proper steps to get the postmortem certificate and further proceed the investigation. The first respondent is directed to monitor and supervise the investigation and the second respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
