It is a petition seeking direction to the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner by asking him to vacate the property.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.
3. Admittedly, the dispute is pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, in S.A.No.437 of 2015.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry is pending with the 2nd respondent and there is an assurance that there will not be any demand to vacate the property.
