No.10424 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD).No.571 of 2019 vide its order dated 18.12.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANDHA DEVI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the bail condition imposed by this Court on this petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.10424 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.571 of 2020 dated 18.12.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate admitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the lower Court as and when required for interrogation.

5. Accordingly,this petition is allowed.
