respondent by constructed a building in Survey No.1746/5 and the 8th respondent by putting stones in Survey No.1746/10 wherein both lands are common path and now 7th respondent trying to construct building in the said common path of Iyyan Surandai Village, V.K.Puthur Taluk, Tenkasi district based on considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2020, 22.01.2021 within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) In pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner stating that the private respondents have encroached, the respondent Nos.1 and 2, in and by their communications dated 03.02.2021 and 12.02.2021 respectively, asked the respondent No.4 to look into the same. Seeking further action on the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Taking note of the above, the respondent No.3 is directed to pass appropriate orders, pursuant to the aforesaid two communications, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
