ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No.1 at Karur, to expedite the speedy trial in C.C. No.626 of 2022 in accordance with law.

2. On the health ground, the petitioner seeks speedy trial in C.C. No.626 of 2022, since the matter is of the year 2022.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that direction may be issued to the concerned trial Court to expedite the trial process.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No.1 at Karur, is directed to complete the trial process in C.C.No.626 of 2022 within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
