This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.1172 of 2019, on the file of the first respondent, for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC.

2. The defacto complainant/ Haribaskaran is present in person before me. The petitioners, namely, Saravanan @ Saravana, Kalayanasundaram and Rajesh @ Rajeshwaran are also present in person. They are identified by their counsel and also Mr.D.Muralikanan, SSI of Police, Karimedu Police Station, Madurai City. The parties have arrived at an amicable understanding. The defacto complainant/ Haribaskaran states that he has no objection for quashing the impugned First Information Report. Both have filed a compromise memo and the same has been signed by their respective counsel. It is taken on record and it shall form part of the order. 3.In view of the same, the impugned First Information Report stands quashed and the criminal original petition is allowed.
