Criminal Appeal filed under section 14-A (2) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 as amended by Act 1 of 2016 praying to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 11.10.2018 made in Cr. MP.No.3687 of 2018 on the file of Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 Sivagangai and set aside the same and enlarge the appellant on bail in connection with crime No.32 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police by allowing this criminal appeal.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. R. Manikandan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru APG Ohm Chairma Prabhu, Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent Nos.1 and 2, this Court made the following order: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7611 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.469 of 2018, dated 29.08.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7611 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.469 of 2018, dated 29.08.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7611 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.469 of 2018, dated 29.08.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court once in three months i.e., on the first working day of every three month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
