The petitioner has come before this Court to issue patta by considering his representations dated 03.11.2014, 01.12.2014, 05.03.2015 and 20.4.2015 as per G.O.3(D)No.909 Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department dated 1.12.1992 in S.Nos.211/1 and 211/2 situates at Paiyoor Pillai Vaiyal Village, Paiyoor Pillai Vaiyal Group, Sivagangai District by removing the illegal occupants.

2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the official respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the representations of the petitioner is disposed of, by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representations of the petitioner will be considered, on merits and in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 03.11.2014, 01.12.2014, 05.03.2015 and 20.4.2015 as per G.O.3(D)No.909, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, dated 1.12.1992, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
