The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second and third respondents.

2.When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there appears to be landlord-tenant dispute and that after enquiring the same, the police advised the parties to move the Civil Court. The complaint has since been closed. The respondents 2 and 3 have no intention to summon the petitioner again in this regard.
