ORDER
The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to quash First Information Report in Crime No.124 of 2019 of Alangudi Police Station.
2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the Inspector of Police, Alangudi Police Station, after concluding investigation in Crime No.124 of 2019, has made ready a final report and the same would be filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi as expeditiously as possible.
3.Recording the submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Inspector of Police, Alangudi Police Station, to file a final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/ uploading of the order.
