ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 392 IPC, in Crime No.108 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 24.03.2022), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner was arrested.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
