ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned District Musif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruppuvanam, Sivagangai District to expedite the trial pending in C.C.No. 582 of 2019 and to complete the trial within a stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the case is pending trial without any progress.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the some of the witnesses have been examined in this case. 4.Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned learned District Musif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruppuvanam, Sivagangai District to dispose the case pending in CC No. 582 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5255 of 2022 after completion of the proceedings. Further the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on hall hearing dates without fail and co-operate for trial.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
