COMMON O RDER These Criminal Original Petitions are filed to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in connection with Crime Nos.25 and 24 of 2007 and 20 of 2005 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar District and the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District, respectively and conclude the same within a time frame.

2. Inspite of repeated adjournments, the complaint given by the complainant could not be traced out either by the first respondent or by the third respondent herein.

3. Today, the third respondent is present before this Court and he stated that the complaint that was transferred from the first respondent to him has not been received till date.

4. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the third respondent herein to trace out the records and complete the process of investigation under the direct supervision of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tenkasi, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

5. With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions stand disposed of.
