This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to file a final report in Crime No.231 of 2014 on the file of the respondents 1 and 2 herein.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the *second respondent to file final report in Crime No.231 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
