This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.49 of 2015 dated 28.02.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.49 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
