ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 148, 324, 302 r/w.149 IPC in Crime No.75 of 2014, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The petitioner is figuring as A8 in S.C.No.125 of 2016 on the file of the learned II Additional District & Sessions Judge, Thanjavur. The bail was cancelled and the Non-Bailable Warrant was issued against the petitioner. The petitioner's counsel undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court without any default on all future hearing dates. He further undertakes that if the condition is breached, this Court order can be cancelled. 4.Recording the undertaking given by the petitioner's counsel, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the Trial Court on the next hearing date and apply for recall of the warrant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

On such application being filed, the learned Trial Court is directed to re-call the warrant against the petitioner on the same day. 5.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
