2.The petitioners, seeking pay parity with their juniors, by considering the Syndicate resolution, dated 03.10.2013, made individual representations before the respondent, which, according to them, have not seen any light so far. Hence, they approached this Court with the present writ petitions for appropriate direction to the respondent.
3.The learned Counsel for the respondent submitted that the claim of the petitioners has already been considered and enhancement of salary was also made to the petitioners. Such submission is not accepted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners. 4.Under such facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners, dated 17.09.2018, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, and also in the light of Syndicate Resolution, dated 03.10.2013, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.These writ petitions are disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
