Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to disburse a sum of Rs.4,50,400/- based on the proceedings dated 26.10.2018 in Na.Ka.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. It is not in dispute that the petitioner should be paid a sum of Rs.4,50,400/- with interest. The petitioner is claiming 24% interest. It is not in dispute that the petitioner is entitled to 6% interest from the date on which he has to be paid till the date of direction.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that due to nonpayment, the petitioner is put to loss and mental hardship.

4. The third respondent is directed to pay a sum of Rs.4,50,400/- with 6% interest to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
