This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to investigate the above case and to file final report in Crime NO. 200 of 2014 on the file of the respondent besides directing him to apprehend the accused namely A.Arul Josenayagam.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the third respondent to file final report in Crime No.200 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
