It is a petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the petitioners complaint dated 27.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered on 19.07.2016 in Crime No.313 of 2016 for offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is closed.
