It is a petition seeking direction to the 1st respondent to instruct 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed and that there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police.
