2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that neither petition enquiry nor FIR is pending against the petitioner and there is no such harassment and the presence of the petitioner is not at all required by the respondent police.
