Crl.O.P(MD)No.4584 of 2020 3.In this case the victim had suffered serious injuries and he was in hospital for almost three weeks. The petitioner is having a previous case arising under SC/ST (POA) Act. Therefore, I am not inclined to give any direction. This criminal original petition stands dismissed.
