ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd 1/4

respondent to issue non-traceable certificate in favour of the petitioner on the basis of his representation dated 06.02.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent for missing of his registered original sale deed document bearing No.752 of 2018 in S.No.363/1A and 364/2 dated 16.02.2018, which was situated at Palamedu vilage, Vaadipatti circle, Alanganallur, Madurai North, Madurai District.

4. Considering the above, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry ensuring the said document has not been deposited for any purpose, following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, the petitioner can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings, if 2/4

not satisfied.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
