This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.487 of 2014 and file a charge sheet.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that the charge sheet itself was filed on 22.09.2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kuzhithurai and that it is yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondent police is directed to see that the charge sheet is taken on file within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
