This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 16.03.2015 and to conduct fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner did not co-operate with the enquiry.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to co-operate for conducting enquiry.
