O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of O.A.No.20 of 2022 on merits within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, in the light of the order dated 26.04.2024 passed in W.A.(MD).No.778 of 2024 by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the application in O.A.No. 20 of 2022 within a time stipulated by this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the application in O.A.No.20 of 2022 would be disposed of in accordance with law.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the application in O.A.No. 20 of 2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
