Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certioarai, or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature of a writ calling for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in TIN No.33335120734-2014-2015 dated 25.01.2017 and quash the same as illegal, against the Principal of Natural Justice and Unsustainable. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.CHANDRASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.J.PADMAVATHI DEVI, Special Government Pleader for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 323 days in representing the Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 323 days is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
4. The amount deposited can be used for the purpose of infrastructure facilities for the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
