3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10487 of 2017 in Crl.A(MD)No.461 of 2017, dated 17.11.2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in three months i.e., on the first Saturday from April 2023 at 10.30 am until further orders. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
