ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to dispose of the Original Application in O.A.No.14 of 2025 within time limit prescribed by this Court

2. The petitioner herein filed an application in O.A. No. 14 of 2025 before the first respondent seeking rights in respect of the Vaikasi Festival of Arulmighu Janakai Mariyamman Temple situated at Solavandan, Madurai District.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the petition in O.A.No.14 of 2025 would be disposed of in accordance with law.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in O.A.No.14 of 2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
